Fractional HR Support for Startups
Many startups prioritize product, technology and growth, but HR often gets overlooked due to budget constraints. This can lead to gaps in compliance, employee engagement, performance management, retention and overall people strategy.
With 9 years of HR experience across Telecom, IT and Semiconductor, including HR Business Partnering, I’m exploring an HR-as-a-Service / Fractional HR model for startups that aren’t ready to hire a full-time HR professional.
The goal is to provide experienced HR support on a flexible, requirement-based model—helping startups build strong HR foundations while keeping costs manageable.
