For instance, home charging is often impossible in 3BHK rentals, aggravating their daily challenges. This problem affects around 4M gig delivery riders who rely on electric scooters for their jobs. Launch a battery swap service at local Kirana's or Shops, allowing riders to easily swap out batteries within minutes. Increasing adoption of electric vehicle infrastructure and government support are paving the way for battery swap networks. Revenue will be generated through a ₹999/month subscription for unlimited swaps, split 60/40 with Kirana hosts.
